Give the village name and the exact address of your chalet or hotel. A resort name alone may not be enough to plan the drop-off.

What helps us prepare an accurate quote.
The price depends on the journey and your group’s needs. The quote and arrangements are agreed with Martial before a booking is confirmed.
Plan my transfer- Departure: Lyon Saint-Exupéry (LYS). Say whether you are arriving by plane or at the airport’s TGV station.
- Date, flight or train reference and a phone number we can reach on arrival.
- Destination address, passenger numbers, suitcases, skis and any child seat request, subject to confirmation.
- For your return: date, flight time and your airline’s instructions. The pickup time is agreed with Martial.

Is this a taxi or a pre-arranged private transfer?
UDS offers a private driver service by prior arrangement. This page helps you prepare an enquiry; it is not an instant booking or a pickup without confirmation.
Can 7 passengers travel with skis?
The maximum is 7 passengers, including children. Describe all luggage and ski bags so Martial can confirm the available loading space.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Provide your flight reference and tell Martial as soon as you know about a delay. Any changes and waiting arrangements are agreed with him.
Can I arrange a return journey to Lyon?
Yes, you can request a return transfer. Give both dates and flight times; each journey and pickup time must be confirmed.
