Where will we meet at the airport?
Share your flight number, date, scheduled arrival time and any useful details about your arrival point. Allow for arrival procedures and baggage collection: the meeting time should reflect these steps, rather than assuming pick-up immediately after landing.

Allow time for your return to the airport
For the return journey, provide your flight departure time and accommodation address. Winter road travel and the time needed at the airport should both be considered when agreeing your pick-up time.
